Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to make a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address or phone number listed in the Contact Us section. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days .

Partial refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Damaged items not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Non-refundable items

According to the Consumer Code (Art. 59, letter c) , the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
